
Rev. Dr. Sandra H. Gripper, D.Min.
Rev. Dr. Sandra H. Gripper is was ordained in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and is currently a retired pastor after 33 years. She holds a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University, a Master of Divinity from New Life Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Johnson C. Smith University, and an undergraduate degree in Education from Central Piedmont Community College.
Dr. Gripper is the Chief Executive Officer of Wheatfield Solutions, a HIV/AIDS Case Management Agency that assists individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, education, and other services and Wheatfield Ministries Inc., focusing on Health Disparities and wellness in our community. She also serves as a volunteer Chaplain with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department.
Dr. Gripper has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., for twenty five years and serves on the Delta of Charlotte Foundation. Dr. Gripper has authored two manuals: “A Compassionate and Caring Guide for Those Suffering With HIV/AIDS” for the sake of organizing ministries in local churches and “Seats to The Street: A Manual on Street Evangelism.” These two manuals are being utilized by local churches to organize outreach ministries.
She was formerly employed as a social worker supervisor for several years for children living in domestic violence with Mecklenburg County “HERO” Program.-Help-Encourage-Recognition-Observers of Domestic Violence.
