
Anabel Paniagua-Doyle
Anabel Paniagua-Doyle is a dedicated advocate for underserved communities, with extensive experience in human services, finance, and education. Most recently, she served as a Senior Regional Liaison for a non-profit insurance company, supporting eight counties surrounding the greater Mecklenburg area.
Originally from El Salvador, Ms. Paniagua-Doyle grew up in Cambridge, MA, before relocating to North Carolina in 2007 after her marriage. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and has devoted her career to enhancing the health, education, and financial well-being of women, children, and older adults.
Throughout her career, Ms. Paniagua-Doyle has worked with educational and community institutions to better understand and serve diverse populations, helping to expand their reach through awareness campaigns, outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
She has played a vital role in numerous task forces, boards, and committees aimed at improving the lives of underserved individuals. Among her many contributions, she is a founding and Board Member of El Puente Hispano in Concord, Chair of ALIANZA, a program of the Prevention Center in Charlotte, a Board Member of Care Ring, a free clinic in Charlotte, and a Board Member of the Faith and Health Latino Coalition, serving the greater Mecklenburg area.
Her latest project focuses on collaborating with UNC Charlotte to develop a culturally responsive curriculum for Spanish-speaking caregivers, empowering them to provide compassionate, informed care for their elderly loved ones.
