Revella Nesbit, M.Ed., LCMHCS

Revella joined Cardinal Innovations Healthcare in 1998 serving in various roles.  In 2019, she became the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with 28 years of experience in the areas of behavioral health, cultural competence, diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Revella has a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Winthrop University. She has also earned certifications from Cornell University in Diversity & Inclusion and the Institute of Organization Development as an Organization Development Certified Professional. She has written several articles on cultural competence, inclusion, and diversity.  Revella is the author of Hope Changes Everything.

Among her biggest passions, Revella focuses on emotional wellness for culturally diverse communities. She serves on the board of National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) Charlotte. She is also the founder of Hope Matters, PLLC, a clinical private practice in Charlotte, NC.
