Brittany Glover is a doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision Program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She earned her M.S. in School Counseling from North Carolina A & T State University and her B.A in Psychology from Hampton University. She has served as a school counselor in both elementary and high school populations for seven years. Her research interests include small group therapy for minority girls, behavior interventions for African American boys, dismantling racism in K-12 school settings, and training school counselor site supervisors. Brittany is a 2021 NBCC Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) Fellow, serves as a teaching assistant within the Counseling Department at UNCC, and is the current president of the Mu Tau Beta Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society.
